We had this booked for two nights. First we asked for a nonsmoking room obviously was a smoking room as there was an ash tray and stunk of cigarette smoke. I got up in the morning to no hot water when I called the front desk I was just told rhe plumber will be here in an hour and this was at 9:30am. At 2pm still no plumber. I could not leave the hotel as my finance had the car. They say this place has wifi but it does not! We went to tell them we wanted our money back they said no as we missed check out at 11pm. Well since I had no car and no hot water to take a shower and no wifi there was not much I could do. This place is inconsiderate and a bunch of liars who do not have any concern for their customers. We asked for a call still waiting on that! This place sucks as well as the owners and employees!
If you like cigarette holes in the bedding, lights that are broke and carpet that stinks. This is the place for you. They DO NOT refund your money. I rate this DUMP 5 ZEROES. This sight will not let me post without at least 1 star. Travelers be alert !

I give the place zero stars .the owners are in the wrong business hozpitallity isnt even in their vocabulary.i was. Told to move rooms cuz no hot water so i move then im told i cant have that room i was told my therapy dog for ptsd couldnt stay well now theyll xkno why i have my dog around.really piss meoff they told my gf either ur old room w no wateror a refund im sure it wouldnt be a fair refund so i bite my tongue but my ptsd is kicking in.guy runnin the place is ok owners tho are the worst
